Who we are

Allwag Promotions Ltd has earned an enviable reputation amongst both its clients and the promotional industry itself for being a leading UK distributor of printed promotional merchandise, business gifts & corporate clothing. Trading since 1998, our bigger premises enable us to offer additional services such as storage & distribution to our Contract customers.

Based in Essex, we have rapidly expanded year on year due to our keenness to satisfy our customers' needs & take pride in what we do (& have fun whilst we are doing it)! Here's a little about some of the key people within our team:


Alan Wagstaff - Production Manager


Alan Wagstaff - Production ManagerWith over 25 years of sales & promotional print experience, Alan still enjoys being a very 'hands on' part of the Allwag Promotions team. Alan's well-respected reputation within the Merchandising industry is due to his honesty and ability to 'perform miracles' for customers whilst still keeping his cool.

He is responsible for managing all aspects of production from processing paperwork to delivery of your order. Alan aims to ensure all your deadlines are met – even if this means living in the office (this is not uncommon) to get orders processed on time.


Angela Balkwill - Marketing Manager


Angela Balkwill - Marketing ManagerResponsible for motivating & training our team, Angela enjoys continually developing Allwag Promotions to constantly exceed our customers needs & expectations. Her marketing plans & website development have aided Allwag Promotions' annual expansion, enabling our Team to grow & Allwag Promotions to achieve its goals.

Angela constantly sources new products & works with suppliers to generate regular special offers to ensure we regularly refresh our range of printed promotional products, business gifts and corporate clothing. Working on generating Contract business and further E-commerce opportunities, Angela enjoys staying ahead of her competitors!


Gillian Bonnett - Sales Co-ordinator


Gillian Bonnett - Sales Co-ordinatorWith proven Promotional Merchandise experience, Gillian uses her excellent promotional print & product knowledge as well as heaps of enthusiasm when processing all quotations using our bespoke quotation & ordering system. Gillian assists customers with their artwork & product queries to ensure we offer a prompt and efficient response. Her direct approach to customer service enables us to build a trusted relationship with our customers to ensure long-term business.

Gillian is fantastic at generating products ranges to help you maximise your Company's brand and achieve its marketing goals


Janette Luckraft - Stock Order Processing Manager


Janette Luckraft - Stock Order Processing ManagerIf you are one of our Key account customers that we hold stock for, then you will find yourself working with Janette on a regular basis. From placing your order via our website to its delivery on your doorstep, Janette makes it happen. From behind the scenes Janette takes care to co-ordinate your order paperwork, process your orders and work on the stock management system to keep it up to date.

Working with our Contract Couriers, she will ensure your order is packaged and despatched on time, striving to ensure your deadlines and requirements are exceeded.


Dawn Martin - Accounts Administrator


Dawn Martin - Accounts AdministratorDawn is responsible for processing all invoices both incoming from suppliers and outgoing to our customers! Working alongside Alan, she is able to promptly process the invoices to ensure prompt payment is made to our suppliers.

She also keeps a sharp eye on our customers to keep the outstanding invoices down to a minimum that allows us to continue to keep our prices low.

Building on her previous accounting experience within the Fire Service, Dawns has shows great attention to detail, essential in this role!


Sue Garner – Website/Design Assistant


Sue Garner – Website/Design AssistantSue is responsible for managing our constantly evolving range of Promotional products & Corporate Clothing via the Website. Having worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers for 6 years, Sue is a real whizz with graphical presentations. Sue adds popular, new or unique printed promotional products & corporate gifts chosen from over 250 manufacturers to the Website.

She has been instrumental in developing our range of Ecommerce solutions, which enable us to create online shops for clubs, charities and universities to enable them to generate sales without lifting a finger!


Emma Brady - Team Secretary/Sales Administrator


Emma Brady - Team Secretary/Sales AdministratorEmma's excellent administration skills help to keep us all in order (& our paperwork). With her strong Web knowledge and willingness to 'muck in', she is able to turn her hand to cover all roles within the office.

Emma is responsible for co-ordinating sales literature and brochures, sending samples, producing visual mock-ups, chasing order progress, checking deliveries and much much more!

Having worked for both a large corporate company as well as small businesses, she appreciates the importance of excellent customer service and is always on hand to help.


Kerry Bye -


Kerry ByeEven though Kerry has relocated 'down south', she just can't keep away!

Our former Accounts Manager is working remotely to support us as we continue to grow to ensure our printed promotional product & corporate workwear prices are current and competitive. Her knowledge & experience with our manufacturers means she understands the promotional industry and can check prices swiftly.


Ciarra Kilgannon – Office Administrator


Ciarra Kilgannon – Office AdministratorCiarra won her marketing category and best presentation category this summer as part of the STEP programme 2007. Having spent the summer with us researching a core business section, she is now working for us part-time whilst finishing the final year of her business management degree.
