Here are the terms and conditions for our Promotional Products Week chocolate giveaway and chocolate hamper prize draw! Please read them carefully before entering: 

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Allwag Promotions Ltd (registered in England and Wales under company number: 03602082) whose registered office is at Merchandise House, The Street, Hatfield Peverel, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 2PD.
2. Allwag Promotions Ltd is offering all respondents the chance to win a chocolate hamper and the first 100 respondents of this promotion will receive a free personalised chocolate bar.
3. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Allwag Promotions Ltd, relatives, or anyone who is connected with this competition.
4. By entering this competition, the entrant is acknowledging and accepting to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. To enter this competition, you must either tweet Allwag Promotions (@AllwagPromotion) how you say thank you to a member of staff, client or stake holder using #ThankYouPPW, or email us your answer at [email protected]. All respondents, whether they are in the first 100 or not, will be put into a prize draw to win a chocolate hamper on Friday 6^th October 2017.
7. Only the first 100 people who respond are eligible to receive a personalised chocolate bar.
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person, entries from the same entrant will not be accepted.
9. Allwag Promotions Ltd do not accept responsibility for any entries that have not been received for whatever reason.  
10. This competition closes at midday (12pm) on Friday 6^th October 2017 and the prize draw for the chocolate hamper will take place that afternoon.
11. One winner will be drawn to win the chocolate hamper. All personalised chocolate bars and the chocolate hamper are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
12. Allwag Promotions Ltd reserves the right modify or cancel both the competition and prize draw without notice under any circumstances.
13. The winner of the chocolate hamper be announced within 5 working days of the prize draw via the Allwag Promotions Twitter page, it is then up to the winner to contact Allwag Promotions with their delivery details to claim their prize.
14. If you are one of the first 100 people to respond with how you say thank you to a staff member, client or stake holder, you will be notified by a member of the team at Allwag Promotions within 2 working days.
15. If the winner of the chocolate hamper fails to contact Allwag Promotions Ltd with a valid UK postal address within 5 working days of the Twitter winner announcement or declines the prize, a re-draw will take place at the Promoter’s discretion.
16. The delivery of the prize will be discussed with the winner once they have contacted Allwag Promotions Ltd with their preferred delivery address.
17. The winner of the chocolate hamper agrees to the use of their name and company in any promotional material.
18.  Allwag Promotions Ltd reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point.
