The Brief

To provide Prudential and partners, including the Mayor of London, with a range of promotional merchandise and clothing to achieve maximum exposure and mass engagement with participants, spectators and the media alike, and to raise awareness of the Prudential brand at a prestigious sporting event.

Our Solution

Allwag delivered a complete campaign management service. Our contract team produced initial concepts and designs, sampling 18 innovative products, suitable for the 12 different target audiences. Ethically sourced/waste reduction promotional products were chosen, aligned to the corporate values of the Mayor of London in terms of being ethically sourced and environmentally friendly. To minimise packaging and waste, Allwag created a kit inside the sports water bottle which included sunglasses, lip balm and sweets, for both riders and hospitality clients.

Results Delivered

The campaign was delivered on time, within budget, and produced as per the strict branding guidelines. Brand Managers at Prudential loved the unique ideas delivered and the high quality of these low cost ethically-sourced promotional items for mass distribution throughout the event.
