Angela enjoys continually developing Allwag Promotions to repeatedly exceed client expectations while motivating and developing our team to achieve even more success. Her creative approach to business development is responsible for our year-on- year expansion, which has allowed the team to grow and the business to prosper.
Angela's hands-on account management role keeps her in touch with our key clients and allows her to constantly develop new opportunities.
Angela has proudly led the Allwag team to win the BPMA Distributor of the Year Award three years running. She was delighted when the association invited her to become a board member in January 2013. She feels it's a great time to be involved with shaping the future of the industry.
To ensure she is at the heart of all things Marketing, Angela now spends her 'spare' time as an Ambassador for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a Board member on the East of England regional board.

Alan has over 25 years promotional print experience - both on the print room floor and customer facing, so he understands the pressures you face when time is tight. He still enjoys being a hands-on production manager and is well respected by suppliers and customers alike due to his honesty and ability to seemingly perform miracles when needed!
Alan is responsible for managing all aspects of production, from processing paperwork to delivery of your order. He aims to make sure we meet all your deadlines - even if this means living in the office (this is not uncommon!) to get orders processed on time.

Ciarra joined us as a summer student on the Shell Technology Enterprise Programme (STEP) programme in 2007, and won the award for Best marketing project and Best Presentation. Ciarra went on to achieve a First Class Honours Business Management degree.
She works tirelessly, to secure new contracts via competitive tendering processes, and is responsible for overseeing all of our Contracts supporting our Contract management team to exceed our service level agreements.
Ciarra manages our constantly evolving range of promotional products to ensure they reach the expected high quality you expect. Ciarra begins the process by ensuring the credentials of our carefully chosen manufacturers and our carefully chosen products meet all aspects of legislation and compliance. Coupled with managing the operational side of our business, no 2 days are the same for Ciarra!

Alice works closely with Angela and the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of our constantly expanding business. She is in charge of the general upkeep of the company; from organising our stand at upcoming exhibitions, to sourcing company cars and helping the customer service team quote and place orders.
Having previously worked in HR, compliance and event management, her background has led Alice to have a versatile approach in the workplace and has learnt every aspect of the company so she can offer a helping hand whenever needed.
Alice is a highly motivated and organised individual who constantly keeps the team on their toes!
With over 10 years account management experience, Sarah understands the importance of building relationships with new and existing clients. She has extensive experience within the print industry including labelling and packaging, large format print, digital and screen-printing which compliments her knowledge of promotional merchandise.
Her role is varied and exciting as she works tirelessly to ensure we maintain a high level of customer service when servicing your requirements.
No two days are ever the same as she aims to fulfil even the most challenging requests from our Education and Public sector clients.

Lauren joined the team in 2012, after completing her degree in media production. She has creativity in abundance and loves to work on new projects - no matter how challenging.
Her confident telephone manner and customer-focused approach make her an ideal complement to our team of professional sales co-ordinators. She works exclusively on our education division, managing some of the UK's largest university contracts.

Beth has 19 years of promotional merchandise experience and is truly dedicated to her clients. She works in partnership with key education clients to consult on merchandise needs and effective campaign solutions.
Her in-depth knowledge of the education sector plus supreme organisation and communication skills are invaluable to her clients.
Beth is based on the South Coast, with a nationwide client base, visiting each on a regular basis with new product ranges, unique creative ideas and industry advancements as well as consulting on merchandise campaigns and applications.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys spa days, reading Stephen King novels and Formula One!
Julie works closely with our key education and public sector clients to help provide inspiration for new and innovative product ideas to maxmise their marketing.
Julie has gained valuable experience working in the promotional merchandise industry before she joined our company in 2016, bringing with her a wealth existing product knowledge and expertise.
Also having previously worked in the conference and events sector, Julie is a people person and knows exactly what it's like to be ordering merchandise from a client perspective, so she will be able to offer you advice on which products are best suited to your needs.

Stuart is our Business Development Manager, with over 29 years of specialist knowledge in the promotional merchandise industry, especially in the corporate sector.
Based in the Midlands, Stuart travels all over the UK visiting corporate clients, offering them the best possible consultation and advice on all aspects of promotional merchandise thanks to his wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. One of Stuart’s many strengths is being able to understand and recognise the client’s brand message, target audience and budget requirements to provide creative thinking to create the perfect promotional solution to suit their needs.
Out of the office, Stuart is up for a challenge and can be found participating in numerous sporting activities, including running, swimming and rugby! In fact, Stuart has completed both the Lanzarote and UK Ironman triathlons and the Coast to Coast Cycle!

Before Sophie originally joined us back in 2017, she worked with a manufacturing company for over 5 years. Sophie’s experience as a Sales Account Manager in her previous workplace has enabled her to gain valuable knowledge about applied heat transfers and other print processes.
As our Production Coordinator, Sophie works closely with our factories to ensure we’re doing everything we can to manage the production of our clients' orders. Sophie does everything she can to ensure the production process is efficient and those tight deadlines are met.
Kayla is our feisty Accounts Assistant and is in charge of ensuring all our accounts are in check.

Harry can be found in our warehouse, where he is in charge of managing our clients' e-commerce and merchandise schemes.
When products are ordered from our key accounts and clients who hold stock with us, Harry is there ready to retrieve the order and organise its safe delivery.
Harry also has previous experience and expertise with printed headwear, including embroidery and customisation, so if a client or colleague has a question about this area, he's always at hand to offer friendly advice on all branding options.
Aaron works closely with the corporate team to ensure the smooth production of their clients' orders!
Before he joined Team Allwag, Aaron worked as a buyer and salesperson for a construction company, so he has experienced how demanding the industry can be and understands how frustrating it is if deadlines are missed. He is very proactive, especially when chasing our factories to ensure that our clients' orders are despatched on time.

Lizzie joined Allwag Promotions fresh out of university in 2017 and has earned her title as our graphic designer with her impressive designs and artwork.
As a Multimedia Design graduate from the University of Kent, even the sky isn't the limit with Lizzie's amazing design skills; whether it's redrawing artwork, to creating a stunning full-colour print design on a product, Lizzie will create a visual mock-up of what your merchandise will look like in no time.
Emma is our in-house Graphic Designer and terns our marketing dreams into reality.
Since graduating in 2016 with a first class degree in Graphic Design and Fine Art from the University of Chester, Emma was part of the design team for a well-known online voucher website, where she worked on explosive designs for the site’s digital and offline marketing materials.
Using her unique and flawless design skills, Emma works alongside the rest of the team to create brilliant and bold imagery to intrigue our clients and help maximise our marketing campaigns.
Ashlie keeps a close eye on the promotional market to ensure that any new and innovative products that are available are added straight to our website!
Ashlie is responsible for the general upkeep of our website and works closely with our suppliers to ensure that all our pricing is kept up to date.
With previous experience as an administrator and pricing analyst, Ashlie has developed exceptional attention to detail and love for excel spreadsheets; the perfect combination for our operations team!
