Although the design was cute, although it looked as though the face was coming off. I didn't really find any use for it, as the design intended. I'm not sure how many professionals would also be willing to carry around such a design.

This was a bit hit. It was really useful for cleaning the screen. Very popular with my family. I used it as a pen, stylus and screen cleaner. Very practical product.

While I like the look of the product, it was quite irritating to actually use - I found the "hair" kept getting in the way or writing properly. I wouldn't buy this product or recommend it to anyone except maybe a children's charity or similar.

I was surprised at the quality and writing of this product. Its very quirky, different and very useful. I expected the pen to be scratchy when writing with but it flows beautifully and the mop head makes me laugh (especially when I was playing and it came off!). It is a brilliant product and would definitely purchase (especially if it comes in purple)

This made everyone in my office laugh! I sit opposite Widening Participation, who often work with kids, and they loved it - it would probably be most suitable for a younger audience, but potentially we could include it as a more fun gift alongside the usual leaflets (useful but perhaps less interesting than the mop-haired pen!) The branding is good. I did try using it in a meeting and found it hard to keep a straight face, so not sure how practical it is (this admittedly perhaps not the sort of setting you had in mind when creating it) - but kids and the rest of my office love it! Although I would probably not buy the product to promote Warwick, I would say that others would (so the lack of tick is mine rather than 'Warwick's'

This is an aesthetically pleasing and practical product that I use a lot. It is comfortable to use and does not have the 'tackiness' that is associated with promotional pens, however we are in a very serious industry and I'm not sure it would be something we would purchase.

The pen is good. The touchscreen tip works really well. Looks really funky and people love the look. The "hair" which is really cool is not efficient enough at cleaning screens.

I loved the design and style. For me (I don't hold a pen conventionally) it was a little cumbersome and the mop head didn't clean my iPhone screen very well. My nephew loves the pen though and I am using it to encourage brining his writing skills on better.

Love l this product, for the University it is fun and effective as it holds all the branding required and has a fun element. The only downside of the product is that the tie clip broke after a few days. I would buy this product for students and conferences.

I did like the pen. It was a fun product which I think both children and adults would enjoy using. I must admit, I wondered how long the hed would remain on the pen as it seemed a bit vulnerable. Again, I felt the price was too much for freebies for the Council to use. We can't afford to buy pens at this price. I would buy this product if it was cheaper in price. Definitely need to be under 50p though.

I think this is a novelty item rather than something to use. People I showed it to and who tried it out weren't impressed with the appearance and found it difficult to use. Seems well made with quality above its value. It doesn't suit our target and doesn't fit with image we are building for our brand. Sorry but absolutely no takers for this other than one lady who thought her granddaughter might like it. Definitely would not buy these.

Liked this, has raised a few smiles in the office. Great quality, still going strong. I think the design takes away from the branding, I don't think it would be remembered for the branding rather the fun design. Not really practical in mainstream offices, but a bit of fun in the right environment.

Not really useful for me, I use a laptop and desk top computer whilst at work. If I did require a stylus for work I wouldn't pick this, couldn't imagine sitting in a meeting with a mop head stylus.

I love this! It's genuinely useful for just about everybody - those who need a stylus for their smartphone or tablet, or just as a handy pen. The design is adoreable and really cute, and it's an excellent price. The extra touch of the screen cleaner hair is brilliant too. The only very minor point is that it would be nice if it could come in different skintones other than than white - tan and darker brown would be a nice touch, depending on your customer base. Possibly even non-natural colours like green or blue, to go with the hair.

The overall pen was satisfactory, however the 'mop head' was not necessary. For promotional purposes, a normal pen with the company name and logo along the side would suffice.

I like this spin on the usual boring pens, not sure it would be suitable for us in the education sector as it's perhaps a bit too playful and not serious enough for a University. Good idea, and did "what it said on the tin" ... did clean quite effectively. Would I want to carry this around? No definitely not. Where do I start with this item? The pen is great! I love the mop of read hair on the top of the head (reminds me of myself), the pen clip that is styled to look like a tie, the end of the pen that can be used as a stylus and the smoothness of the pen ink itself. In my work, we are only allowed to use black ink pens so this was perfect for a proper use in a proper work environment. I was delighted to be able to just click the pen on and start writing with it without having to 'warm up' the ink flow (a problem with a lot of pens). The pen ink flows very smoothly - not scratchy or blobby like some pens can be. The pen seems to be very ergonomic and comfortable to use which is great as I use a pen all day and this does make a difference. The stylus part works well. I did find that I had to push down quite a bit to get it to work but this did not scratch the screen of my device or break the pen itself. Overall, the item is very well designed and a great, fun addition to any work place!

How practical or useful is this product

Fun product and would be useful if it worked. The rubber end of the pen didn't really work with my phone and the hair didn't clean the surface despite trying hard. Good space for branding.

Target audience for this product would be the younger generation, however the "mop head" part of the pen may pose as a health & safety issue to young children. The 3 uses of this product all have mediocre quality and functionality: the pen writes but not very smoothly; the stylus did not work properly with my touchscreen devices, I had to put quite a lot of pressure for anything to be recognised; lastly the "mop head" screen cleaner did not function as a screen cleaner, it simply smeared the finger prints on my screen and made them into streaks. None the less, the "fun" idea of the product is still valid. However, I would spend the money on alternative promotional products.

I love this! It's very quirky and aimed, I think, at a particular age range (teens/young adults). Lightweight and writes well and the duster hair is very handy too.

For our younger generation nad freebies they are perfect. Not sure for senior rated Naval staff they would be acceptable but the team and other members outside of the company thought they were brilliant so much so people were fighting to get them off me. if quantities are not large then we would definately be ordering some.

A light hearted gift/giveaway. Nice quality. Not too heavy, but was sturdy. I found the stylus only worked on my windows phone, not on my iphone!?

Initially I was put off this product as I felt it lacked a professional look, however when I investigated further and discovered the use of the mop head it made sense and the product became more useful. I can also say that the mop head has given my the additional benefit of a comforter, it is soothing to stroke the hair whilst reading documents. The pen itself is robust and writes nicely. You can clearly see the branding and select a colour to highlight/compliant the brand. The only way to be more effective (and get 5 stars) would be to print the branding twice, so it can also be seen on the reverse of the pen, thus ensuring it can be seen at all times regardless of how the pen is laid down.

Quirky item, likeable and would be very popular as a marketing aid. The mop head cleans a phone screen with ease, and the combination of the pen and stylus is a useful idea, as well as being easy to use and ergonomic to hold (even for a left hander!). Branding area is not too large, but the size of the item limits that somewhat.

I like the 3 way function as pen, stylus and cleaner. Nice bright appearance with an injection of humour with the mop head. Most colleagues didnt notice the mop head as a cleaning tool, I had to point that out to them. The words 'promotional merchandise' are a little small to be read easilly or at a distance.

I've never used a stylus before but when I tried it on my phone I thought the nib was too soft to be noticed by my screen, so I had to press quite hard to get a response. It's a bit to much of a gimmick for our brand, it looks fun but I can't see our clients using it due to the mop head.

At first what appears like a silly novelty stylus pen for a tablet or smartphone actually turns out to be very useful! It took me a couple of uses to realise that that when you click the head down it was an actual pen that you can write with as well as a stylus, which makes it really useful during the day to hop between the two main uses. The hair has a useful purpose as well rather than just being a gimmick, and it cleans the tablet or smartphone well. I was concerned the hair may fall out but i've been using it for a few days now and only slight pieces of fluff come off now and then, no whole strands yet. The colour range seems good and the price seems reasonable for the product. It wouldn't suit my industry but is valuable for use in the office!

It is a cute product, that would work well if used by the right type of brand. It is not as generic as some products that will work for any brand... But that is what makes it special. It is the type of product that a parent would give to their child after the trade show, you would definitely not throw it away. But possibly would not keep it for your self, being male I would not want to use it in the office, but is fun to keep in your pencil pot! It writes surprisingly well but is a little heavy to be used all the time. Compared to a brio it writes a little more smoothly. there are only 2 negative points on this product; 1. For the first 10 or so clicks the mechanism was a little stiff and did get stuck the first few times. But after this it did free off nicely and works very well and is now a nice clicky pen. 2. The Mob head screws off.. This is not ideal if given to small children as it is probably the perfect choking size, give the appeal of this product and the high possibility to give it to children after a show I would be a little weary of my brand being on it for this reason. Saying that its a clicky pen with even smaller parts if opened up so a responsible parent should really not give the pen to a child in the first place. The touch screen stylus is a nice addition but can detract from the aesthetics of the pen. it works very well on both my phone and table both with screen protectors on! All in all its a nice product but I would probably rather purchase a non clicky version with a more secure head in the future.

Sorry, but I don't know the price of this product so can't comment. This is a very cute, stylish and fairly practical product that catches peoples attention. Didn't like the short nib - I felt as though it should be longer. Also, not sure about the practicality of using the 'hair' as a cleaner!

PE1557 Mop Head Stylus Pen The pen catches your eye and stirs your interest into what it is and can I have one.The printing on the side of the pen is positioned and sized extremely well as is the quality of the print. The colour I reviewed was "Red" and does look smart especially the way the pen clip is designed as a tie. The pen writes well and is comfortable to grip which makes it practicable as a pen but, when clicked on the head the pen nib did not retract far enough for the end to be used on a touch pad without causing possible damage. Upon closer inspection the plastic insert within the body of the pen was inserted upside down and when altered worked, but if you push hard on the device the pen still marks, this will need to be reviewed as could potentially cause damage to a device if sufficient pressure is asserted, (this can be demonstrated by using the pen on a pad with the nib retracted and pressure asserted). I used the head of the pen on a table which made no effect at all then tried in on my keyboard to test robustness and found that the material deteriorated quickly leaving debris all over the keyboard. My opinion on the item is that it looks smart and from a marketing point of view for certain clients could be very effective, but there are floors within the concept and usability that in my view require addressing.

This is a great fun product, very eye catching with a large print area. I love the fact he has a tie on and you can use the hair as a phone and tablet cleaner. My only negative is that I found the pen quite big to hold when writing and I also found the stylus got in the way of the pen nib when writing too, but otherwise a great product for promotions.

This product is quite big and cumbersome and tries to do too much. It is fairly long with its ineffective 'phone cleaner' and not easy to grip. However, the print space is good and the variety of colours do make it suitable for certain clients, however, I wouldn't use this pen in any of my meetings!

Cheap and cheerful, and looks it! Stylus part is very soft and doesn't work very well on my smartphone - has to be pressed quite hard to work and I suspect wouldn't last long. The pen writes well though - black ink. The cheery mop head guy is supposed to be used as a screen cleaner but is already shedding bits of red 7fluff. He may be bald quite soon! I received this as a review sample.

It made me laugh when I saw this pen - a great idea and a novel way of marketing! I like the clip being styled as if it was a tie with the colours matching the hair and barrel - looks very smart. The soft stylus tip is a nice idea, providing you remember to retract the pen first! Not entirely sure it would be great for people who chew the top of their pens though!!!!

Like the dabber on the pen, but wasn't very responsive when used with my phone (might have been down to how hard I was pressing it / my phone screen making it less effective). Press button a bit temperamental making it not seem as good quality. Also top (mop head) fell off and had to be screwed back on. Imagine mop head could get grubby with no way to wash it if constantly used to clean phone, but nice idea. Quite sweet and nice to hold. Kind of like it, but don't think I'd purchase this.

I think now with more and more people using ipads this is a really good idea, although I am not sure how many people would use this out and about just because of the style. I do think this would be effective in terms of branding as it is noticeable and colourful and very different.

Assistant loved it - so 10/10 for cuteness. At 83p (?) seems good value. Attracts attention - which is all that you want for the branding.

really liked this and think that it would really suit being part of a student welcome pack. I have never been convinced of branding on pens but it is and could be quite distinct.

No price on paperwork so couldn't compare item to price Can see the fun side of this product for personal use but not something I could see being used at say a professional meeting
